1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using VoiceNote ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the app

You may use VoiceNote only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you transcribe and for complying with applicable laws (including copyright and privacy).

3. Subscription and payment

Paid features (e.g. Pro subscription) are subject to the terms of the platform (Apple App Store) through which you purchased. Refunds are handled by the platform. We may change pricing or plans with notice where required.

4. No warranty

The app and its transcription/summary outputs are provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. See also our Disclaimer.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its outputs.

6. Intellectual property

VoiceNote and its branding are our property. You do not acquire any rights to our trademarks or code. Content you create using the app remains yours; you grant us only the rights necessary to provide the service (e.g. sending audio for transcription).

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated in the app or by email where appropriate.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app or your access in accordance with applicable law.
